Here are some before and after photos of some renovations we completed this year. Such a difference a new kitchen makes to a space, not only aesthetically but the kitchen will be a lot more functional and user friendly.
We added some great corner solutions for the hard to reach corner cabinets as well as other products such as bin drawers, pull out pantries and roller appliance cabinets.

Sawn Planked Rustic Veneer
We have recently finished a kitchen with this Sawn Planked Rustic veneer by Prime Panels. We then got it white washed with a clear lacquer so the rustic effect was still achieved but suitable for a kitchen space. Kitchen photos to come...

CNC Machine arrives!
After many months of weighing up the pro's and con's of automation, the decision was made to back up our very capable team of human staff with a machine that will future proof the Mt Iron Joinery business, and also allow flexibility and capacity to handle any size job in this period of rapid growth for Wanaka.
We now are happy to report Big Bess has arrived safely and is in the process of being comissioned.
Master Joiner Awards Winners 2016
We are thrilled with the recognition from our industry peers as the best example of joinery in the Otago/Southland catchment for the current year. This is especially rewarding for our foreman Nathan, who was our main man in the construction and installation on a very large job which in the end spanned 8 months.
8 month job completed!
We are proud to say we have just finished an 8 month joinery job for a home in Wanaka. The large scale project is made up of sophisticated, natural materials including floor to ceiling American Cherry cabinetry, Blackwood Timber breakfast bar, Gaboon Pywood and Granite bench tops.
